Unlike mega-factories, we offer direct engineer-to-engineer communication, same-day technical response, custom CAD and 3D mockups for bid support, integrator-tier pricing, and full white-label support — without the organizational friction.
SMD (zařízení pro povrchovou montáž) is the most common LED technology — reliable and cost-effective for standard applications. COB (Chip-on-Board) bonds chips directly to the PCB, delivering 5H surface hardness, true blacks (10,000:1 contrast), ~40% energy savings vs SMD, and 4K camera compatibility — ideal for control rooms and broadcast. MIP (mikro LED v pouzdře) adds 7,680Hz refresh, HDR10, and 21-bit grayscale — the choice for HDR-critical production environments.
Standard SKUs: 15–25 dny. Custom projects (spheres, curved walls, multi-sided pillars, holographic): 4–6 weeks after CAD approval. Rush production has been achieved in 3 weeks for event-critical projects. We provide firm written lead-time commitments at quote stage.
Rule of thumb: viewing distance (metres) ÷ 1000 = recommended pitch (mm). Control rooms at 2–4m → P1.2–P1.8 COB. Corporate lobbies at 4–8m → P2.5–P3.9. Large venues 8m+ → P4–P6. For close-viewing or immersive environments, COB at P0.6–P0.9 eliminates moiré and grain visible on SMD at the same distance.
Yes. Pre-sales CAD drawings, structural calculations, 3D mockups, and itemized technical proposals are provided free of charge for qualified projects — in white-label and renamed versions. This is a core part of how we help integrators win bids, not an upsell.
Yes. Standard product lines ship pre-configured for your specified control system — Novastar MCTRL series, Colorlight Z-series, or Linsn. Configuration files are included on USB with every shipment. výjimka: Circular, Ring, and Cylinder creative displays use Mooncell only. For complex multi-zone installations, we test the full system before crating.
Yes. Renamed spec sheets, white-label datasheets, OEM-branded packaging, and OEM serial numbers are available for qualified integrator partners. Your end client does not need to know our identity. A dealer program with integrator-tier pricing is available for serious partners.
